On Monday, July 22, 2013 I participated in the WordPress DPChallenge “Pinch Me” and posted, “Recipe For A Journalist”.
On Tuesday (yesterday), July 23, 2013, I finished writing a piece on Michael Hastings and posted, “Michael Hastings’ Death Buried in Controversy”.
Upon waking this morning, my Hastings story’s Date Stamp and its physical position on the home page has been changed, as you can see below.
In all of the years I have used WordPress (for this and other blogs) I have never had anything like this happen.
In the Twitter shot below you will see exactly when I Tweeted the above story from WordPress. I always use the social shares when I finish a piece.
So, um…WordPress? You picked a really good one to mess with me with and if it wasn’t you, then could you please shut the door to the NSA — and all those other lettered organizations?
WTF?
Cue the creepy music…
Very weird indeed 😯

Yep, I thought so. I have sent messages to WP, but have not heard anything back yet…
