I Love My Kids

Today two of my kids were here to visit. All three of my kiddos live in another state so both of my daughters, one son-in-law, and my lil grand guy all flew in today and it was the first time I have seen them in 8-months or so…since I left Oregon.

I have missed them like mad. I wish my son could have come too, but I can tell you this…after the hellish few weeks I have just come off of, this was much needed nourishment for my weary soul. I couldn’t get enough hugs, kisses and cuddles.

And the baby, he isn’t much of a “baby” any more. It is crazy how much a difference 8-months makes. When I left he wasn’t walking or talking. Now he’s running, singing and dancing…sometimes all at the same time!

I have never been closer to anyone than I have my kids. they are truly my very best friends.
